Hovik Aghazaryan to Minister of Foreign Affairs: Shall the Possible Peace Treaty to Be Signed Between Armenia and Azerbaijan Follow the Adjustment of Borders and Delimitation Process

The deputy Hovik Aghazaryan inquired from the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan if the possible peace treaty to be signed follow the adjustment of the borders and delimitation process.

According to Ararat Mirzoyan, in the international experience two approaches have been used and are used. “A treaty of peace or establishment of relations, mutual recognition can be, from which other processes will arise, including the delimitation and demarcation of the borders. We can have the opposite – with the package approach: in one treaty all the items will be regulated with all details,” the Minister of Foreign Affairs said.
